How long have you been doing what you do and how did you get to be a Business Coach?

I’ve been in business for myself since 2013. I first started my journey as a Life Coach helping other women to find their life purpose and develop faith in themselves to go after their dreams.

I struggled greatly in the beginning stages of my business. I wasn’t getting clients, wasn’t making money AND my health was failing and my relationships were suffering.

I realized that my systems weren’t working and they weren’t sustainable. I knew I needed to create systems that not only brought in the clients and increased my income…but I also needed systems that gave me FREEDOM.

It was through hiring and working with mentors who were at the top of their business game that I learned how to create systems that truly worked for me and supported me in creating the lifestyle I wanted. Other business owners began to ask me to help them in creating systems to make their businesses operate more smoothly…and I loved it.

I realized that I was really passionate and found more satisfaction in working with business owners and decided to make the shift! I’ve been successfully supporting business owners in creating a business and life they love ever since!

How are you different from other “business coaches?”

I believe in designing customized systems and processes that truly honor both your business goals AND your life goals. I approach every challenge holistically. I also love to follow my intuition in my work and encourage my clients to do the same. There are no one size fits all solutions.

I am also very passionate about entrepreneurs having a healthy work/life balance. I place a lot of emphasis on this when we work together. I truly believe that a healthy you will create a healthy business…not the other way around.

I also bring with me my organization skills from my engineering background as well as solid business skills I’ve learned through extensive business training in marketing, business strategies, and sales.
