10 Ways to Get New Clients NOW!

Whether you’re new or not-so-new, there will be times where you will need to drum up some business real quick. Below are some ideas that you can begin implementing TODAY to get new clients! Try one idea or try them all. Over time, as you try different ideas, see what works for you and commit to doing them consistently to get new clients coming in on a regular basis.

New to business:

  1. Make a list of everyone that you know, that is also supportive of you. Write them a letter introducing your business and explaining your services. Invite them to work with you and/or to share with anyone they think may be interested.
  2. Offer a 1-3 month long package at a discounted rate. Ask for testimonials and referrals at the end.
  3. Offer a free webinar. At the end, invite the participants to sign up for a consultation. Bonus: record the webinar and sell the recording and include a free consultation with purchase.
  4. Offer your best tips on Facebook or IG live and invite viewers to sign up for a free consultation.
  5. Get out, pound the pavement, and NETWORK!

Not new to business:

  1. Make a list of everyone that has expressed interest in your services and never signed up. Send them an email to follow up and let them know that you’ll be giving them a call later in the week. Give them a call later in the week and reference the email.
  2. Make a list of at least 25 people that love and support you. This may be family, friends, or close colleagues. Write them a letter explaining your services and ask them to please share with anyone they think may be interested. Offer a referral fee!
  3. Make a list of all of your former clients. Check in with them to see how they’re doing and if they’re in need of your services again. Ask for referrals.
  4. Send a promotional email to your email list offering one of your most popular services.
  5. Create a 5-, 7-, or 30-day challenge. At the end of the challenge, invite participants to sign up for a consultation.

If you try these tips this week, you should have success in drumming up new business quickly. But, you don’t always want to live on the edge!
